Skills Require:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in business or technology consulting.
• Oracle HCM implementation experience is preferred
• Experience with Oracle ERP/EPM is an advantage
• Proven knowledge of Oracle Cloud solutions (HCM)
• Good communication in English, verbal and written.

Job Description:

• Design and support the solution for HCM integration with other systems and third-party providers.
• Seek, introduce and support leading practice IT HR processes.
• Assist HCM lead with the design and deployment of new requirements/reports in the Cloud HCM modules.
• Technical Knowledge in Core HR, Absence Management, Goals & Performance, Report Building, dashboards, alerts, and other technical components.
• Create and maintain documentation as per standards across the given developments. Gather and document business requirements.
• Configure application modules.
• Create functional specification documents with business.
• Assist developers with technical specification documents.
• Develop acceptance test scenarios and participate in testing activities.
